The Air Separation Unit is mainly engineered for Gas Plants, and is offered in compact design. It ensures lower power consumption during operation. Moreover, the Air Separation Unit for Gas Plant has simple operations and needs less maintenance. To carry out liquefaction & partial distillation of air, this unit consists upper & lower column along with a condenser in between Heat Exchanger, inter-connected pipeline made from copper and brass, housed in steel box as well as properly insulated with power perlite & fitted with expansion valves. A.S.U. is also equipped with Pressure gauges, Temperature sensors, Liquid level indicator & Electric heater for defrosting. The top and bottom columns have Safety relief valves.
